Default All Season Tires or Seperate Sets of Winter and Summer Tires

For those people, like myself, who live in a state that gets snow which tires are you running? Looking at Tire Rack it appears the only high-performance all-season tire available is the Pirelli P-Zero Nero M&S. So are all of you keeping a dedicated set of snow tires and another set of summer tires? I can't be the only one who wants to be able to drive their stang thru the occasional snowy conditions...

I use the Goodyear Eagle Ultra Grip GW3's on 17" bullitts in the winter

And Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3's on 18" Fanblades in the summer

I'll be using my stockers (17" bullits with the Pirelli's) in the 2 seasons and My 18" bullits with Eagle F1's in the summer. I hope to get a truck of some sort for the dead of winter though.
