Default First Major Car Show

Well I just got back from the World of Wheels Car Show here in Kansas City. I had my ROUSH entered in the show with a local car club. For the first time in a major show, the ROUSH pulled off a second place win out of I believe 8 other cars in the Contemporay Hardtop Class. Kinda makes a fell'ar feel pretty good. Here are some pics.

Here is one of the first place winner. Nice car and from what I understand from the owner, they are putting this kit together for Ford to sell as a package.

I love your car, but the car you lost to I feel is disturbingly ugly. Good job second place is good man keep it up, I would've voted you first over that car.

Again, great job and keep it up!

The car that won is a little different. It also was sporting a Procharger and it is supposedly pumping out about 600 ponies.

I'm not putting the car down, well yes I am but only in the visual look of the car. I feel it looks like the 'ricer' of Mustangs except with a lot of performance modifications. The ricer I am referring to is the look of this car with the two exhaust tips sticking out the back of the rear bumper like a sore thumb.

Again, thats just me (please don't flame me!) and my person opinion. Other people have theirs and i'm sure a lot of people actually like that car and that is why the car won obviously.

Ford Racing is even backinging them. That is Fords off road exhaust and on top of the extensions it has the ford racing logo embossed into it. Like I said it is different.

Dodge Mustang.......accurate description. Looks more like the winner of a contest to see who can put the most aftermarket
add-on parts, on their car. He certainly won that category.....................................looks too "busy" and that exhaust sux.

Wow, I am really glad i'm not the only one that felt this way about it because I didn't think I was that picky in cars. That car is way overdone and hopefully never makes it anywhere even closer to becoming an affiliate with ford and fordracing. The description of a Dodge Mustang just about somes it up.

Once again, understand people have there opinions as does everyone.
