Default Lowering/Alignment Problem!

I just went to a very reputable Mustang shop and asked for a price on getting the install of my Eibach Pro Kit Springs. They said $200 for the install, so I say great! He says when do you want to bring it in and I said Thursday morning. Glad that all worked out until I asked if he could install my Alignment Kit that I purchased with my Springs and he says we do not do this? He said there is only one place in the area that can do it and it is like fourty minutes away. I'm not sure if he misunderstood me, but I guess I will end up doing that part on my own. The shop is Lamata Performance in Central Florida. Any ideas or experiences with the Eibach Alignment Kit?

Thanks!!!

Nothsa,
I can't comment on the Eibach 'Alignment' Kit but I had the Eibach springs
installed last week at a Tire place, they DID the "alignment" after the
spring installation and I didn't need an extra 'kit'.

Maybe you should check with a local "Tire" place for the Eibach spring
installation - hope this helps - JMO

Some places cant put the alignment kit on because they do not have an alignment machine. I went to a few different places wo told me they would install the springs but would not be able to align the car. Call up a Midas. Most of them do alignments for $89.99

just look for a shop with an alignment machine

the eibach aligment kit is a pair of bolts that you turn to adjust your camber.. my fronts are a negative camber of 3degrees..

and 200$ for an install is steep... shops around here quoted me 80$ canadian to get it done.. i ended up doing it myself took me 15 min to do the rear and 1hr45min to do the front, time is included of me going out to buy a mcpherson strut spring compressor

I used the Eibach Pro Kit also. We put it in ourselves. Pretty easy. And then I went to a place that does alignments. No problems...I would find a place that does alignments and ask them. I don't think you need the kit.
