Default question about centre console

Hey everyone.

I went to the Ford dealer to ask about this, but they said nothing is there so I wanted to check with the community.

1>in the centre console, by the front closest to the shifter there are 3 circles. It almosyt looks like a change holder but that's not it. Is there a cup holder or some type of slide in piece that goes there?

2>what's the plugged up hole there for as well
closest to the driver. it has a cap on it but you can easily remove this exposing a hole.. is this for another option or something?

Inside the actual console there is slots for change, and also there is a charger port... To put in like a phone charger, or any of those electronics that use that type of outlet. If you are referring to the plugged hole in the center of your buttons, where it has your TCS and all that... Then that is aanother charger outlet.

the three holes you are talking about are for holding change.

Hey Treatz,

I pulled that up when I first got my car--if memory serves me well, it is just an access plate to get at a bolt under there. Nothing special. BTW, getting it back in is tricky due to the angle it has to come in at to clear the lip under the plate.

Best,
-j

that 1/4 in slot next to the shifter is a release button if your brake to shift out of park function fails, it will allow yuo to get the car in gear by using a thin screwdriver or an extra key. I THINK

The slot closest to the passenger holds both pennies and dimes.

My only problem is I haven't figured out how to put change in them without dropping it all in bottom of the bin first.
