At last I got the Stang!

Picked it up from the dealer on Thursday (see picture below)

To bad that I've been laying in bed both yesterday and today, it sucks to be ill when I want to be out driving the car!

Yepp, that's correct Steven, here in Sweden we must have a turn light on the side of the car aswell!

What does one of those cost in Sweden ? With import fees and such. What are gas prices like ? Do those fabulous Swedish Blonde girls go all goo-goo over the car ? or do they like they Euro Styles ?
Sorry for all the questions.

Sorry for all the questions.

The Mustang GT Premium over here costs from about 50.000 US$ if you buy it from one of the larger importers.
Since there is a lot of extra costs that comes to the car, except transportation from the States to Sweden, we have to pay 10% Customs Fee, and 25% "Moms" (Taxes), and then we also have to modify some things (lights etc) and get the papers to see that it fits our enviromental standards and register it in Sweden.
And of course, Ford doesn't supply any Warranty, so the Larger Importers buy's that seperatly from Warranty Companies (as an insurance so to speak)

And of course, if you buy it from one of the larger importers, they want to make some money on the deal aswell.

I made a calculation that if we would have bought it from a smaller importer we could have saved maybe 4000 US$, but then you didn't get the same warranties, so we decided to get it from one of the larger ones, just to be safe!

The gas prises here are about 1,55US$ for 1 Liter of Gas (our regular is 95 octane though), you have to calculate that into gallons yourself.

Well, some of the girls like it, since it looks quite cool, I would say that more girls would go fpr that car than for a styled Euro Car.
