Thank you.....I knew I wasn't crazy when it did it to me the first time. Then I figured it out that it was doing it after every long highway drive....thanks again.

This problem is KILLING me..... during a long drive on the interstate, if I decide to downshift into 3rd it hesitates like the carb is getting to much gas and the secondaries are sticking open...

Have the same problem with my auto. Took it to Ford today and the service write didn't know anything about the TBS. But he's cool and made a phone call. They will be able to order the parts after 31 May 06.
