I had a new trouble code pip up today. The code is P0060. I just changed my front 2 O2 sensors. Both sensors started going in and out last week when I went through some water that was a little deeper than I thought. I didn't flood the car, but I was about 6-8 inches deep. Now this code comes up and I can't figure it out. I searched the forum to try to find it, but I can't find it anywhere.

Any help is appreciated.
