the dealer here in uae is stupid .... he said any other aftermarket part installed in the mustang will void the warranty ...

so my first step will be something like stealth mods...

im gonna get shifter + aluminum drive shaft and paint them all as the stock colors.... i heard the service dealer people are all stupid so they may not recognize it......

and 2nd i would get a CAI + bama chips custom tunes (i heard bama chips has the best custom tune for 5spd gt's) and everytime i will take my car to the dealer i will reinstall the stock CAI and the stock tune back in.... and take it to the dealer...

as for the other mods.... like the rear gears... do you think they would notice if they are changed ?
and about the rear gears ... a guy told me that 3.73 will give me a faster take off other than the 4.10's he said the 4.10's will increase the maximum power mph....

and there goes my list of mods without wearing the warranty off. so what do u guys think ? should i go for it ?

as for the under drive pullies and exhaust systems im getting them as soon as it wears off which is after 60,000 km....

My dealer just installed my 3.73's for me......no charge either (but i can not elaborate on that)
They like mods and once I get my rims back on they want me to bring it back over to get a picture.
My OEM rims are on now due to letting them do the gears and not wanting them to have to deal with my white rims.

Don't be in a rush. Take your time to build the car right. Those guys waiting for the camaros & challengers will have to wait for a long time if they even build them.

 

So far so good on the gears although it is a little hard to tell with the speedometer being off. X-Calibrator should be here today.
Lets put it this way - I have scratched the tires SEVERAl times without trying to!

I think he only has the onie choice so I think he's stuck with that dealer.

 

I don't get it. 3.73s are nearly the exact same gears as the 3.55s that come with the car (performance wise there is next to no difference).

It's maybe a 150 - 200 PM difference so your speedo won't be out by more than a couple of MPH either.
