The question I have on the scoop (which ya can't be sure from the pics) is... is it molded into the hood or bolted on with seam around its perimeter?

I wouldent say the chrome rolled tips are a waste at all. My 06 came with them from the factory as dealer installed. (I ended up putting them on as someone took them out of the car and they had to mail them to me)

But they really look nice and for those that like the stock exhaust or want to keep it for a while they are great. And they are really well made pieces.

yeah, ive seen better hoods with similar scoops...little wider or something i think....i dont really know but something looks very wrong about that. wrong in the same realm as clip on spinner rims that certain people like to put on their mini vans and beater cars and such.

I will shoot some tip pictures tommorow and post them. I wasent going to order them, but they were on the window sticker and the dealer said the parts department was closed so he would UPS them to me. I was really surprised. I was expecting cheesy tips. They are really nice, similar to the flowmaster with a rolled edge.

I actually would be a bit sad to see them go if I went with some of the aftermarket axel backs.
