Installed Hurst Shifter and CDC Sequentials
Got a few things out of the way in the past few days:
CDC Dynamite Stick Sequentials: Install was GRAVY! Took about 20 minutes for both sides. Directions and quality were very good. Probably should've done it earlier; looks preety cool. Have already have a few people pull up next to me and ask if the care came like that.
Hurst Competition Plus Short Shifter: Again, really easy to install. Instructions provided were good but used this website the most

Initial feel is best described as "notchy." It is much shorter as the link above suggests. It takes more effort and gives you a decisive "click" when it goes into gear. 2nd to 3rd is GREATLY improved. Honestly, I'm surprised that I still have 3rd gear I've ground it so many times with the stock shifter. If the shifter takes some break in as everyone says, it will be perfect.
My $.02

RE: Installed Hurst Shifter and CDC Sequentials
Everything is plug 'n' play. The majority is just a pigtail that plugs in to the existing harness. The only different thing is a black wire that you have to push through a rubber grommet into the tail lamp harness. Once there, you plug it into the only open terminal on the innermost light socket.
Sounds confusing, but it was VERY easy.

Oh yeah....pretty sure I know what you mean. I was looking over the webelectric online instructions and theirs involves something similar to that. Easy is good, too.

Installed my sequentials on Sunday when I did my Flowmasters, they are a really nice kit and I really am pleased with the results. I've received a lot of compliments on them.

Wish they weren't so expensive, I bet with a bit of electronics knowledge it wouldn't be too hard to build one.

I got mine from here. Not sure if they're the same:
http://www.webelectricproducts.com/
The reason I went there is they were the only ones that said they worked in the 2006 at the time.
I just noticed on their site that they have a pony grill insert for the GT. Has anyone tried on of those?
