Default post in other sections, too

i've noticed a lot of general threads tend to gravitate towards the S197 (05-06) section, when in reality they have plenty of merit elsewhere. not everybody reads the 05+ forums, i think a lot more topics belong in general tech. a lot of S197 owners are becoming really aloof and not posting or even looking anywhere else.

Maybe new owners are more enthusiastic and just post more?

I spread it around as much as I can. I have a '88 5.0 too, but quite honestly, I know just about everything I need to know about that car right now.

But yeah, I agree, if a topic can go to Detailing or Street/Strip or wherever, by all means let's put it there.

well i provide knowledge, what little that i have, in the sections where it applies, mostly in 2005 2006 coincidentally. i dont post in the classic section cause a) i dont wanna clog it up with "hey which old one you like the best?" threads, and b) cause i have nothing worthwile to contribute. can't say i'm not guilty here, but lets all make an effort to make MF work the way its supposed to. (uh oh. i sound like a soccer coach.)

I agree! I tried asking a question about exhaust on the pipes/juice forum and got nothing! But when I posted it here I got a few replies. I bet others have had the same experience.
