3 second 1/4 mile?!?!? WTF were they running?! Impulse -1000?! Hell even Impulse 1 is capable of a 1/2 second 1/4 mile.

They should have diverted more power to the thrusters. Duh!

Its okay, we all are big nerds about one thing or another. I am partial to Stargate however.

Lol! The number of Star Trek fans on this board astounds me! (Or at least the number of people who've seen it enough to know what a Warp Nacelle is.)

TNG is on right now. TNG FTW.

TNG > Voyager > DS9 > TOS > Enterprise (Total CRAP)
A Warp Nacelle is a giant CAI minus the filter.

Okay, to get really nerdy, wouldn't the "filter" be the Bussard collectors in front of the nacelles?

Ooooh! You know what a Bussard Collector is! My kind of guy!

^_^

I outfitted my starship, the USS Ieatrice, with some new Inertial Dampners... The old ones just weren't cutting it when she launched. That Sovereign class sure can rocket!

I have a feeling a similar thread is alive and well on the Toyota and Honda sites except they compare their cars to Godzilla.

your phase inducer must be misaligned if you think starship weight matters, the only gravity in space is artificially generated
It's not the weight that matters, it's the mass.
