Oh what the hell man I can't tell if you're being sarcastic on an f'ing forum post. Got me all worked up for nothing....geez.

Am I crazy or could that have been interpreted either way?

Will I buy a B&M .. ?? yes..

but I really don't have the problem you guys are having with yours.. yeah it is a cheap piece of slitz..

but what isn't inside the car..??? the inside doors.. come on .. junk.. that could have at least put ( some leather/pleather on there IMO ) the dash squeaks.. ( I have the fix for that one ) but everything is cheap plastic in the car.. and everyone with a auto is going to pick on JUST the shifter.. come on.. look around some more...

yes I like my car.. prob. more than you like yours..LOL.. but Ford could and should have done a better job IMO..

This is true, but the shifter is more of a focal point than the leather on the doors. Anyway, whats ur fix for the dash rex7010. I would love to know.

With the shifter it's a tactile thing for me. The things that I'm touching the most while driving (I sense a joke here ) are the steering wheel, shifter and various controls. The steering wheel is great, the plastic control ***** I replaced with billet so no problem there. But the shifter, bleh! And as I mentioned in the other thread, I do a lot of shifting in traffic to take advantage of tranny braking so I'm not riding the brakes constantly. It's easy to overshift the stock shifter since there are no detents. The B&M will fix that. And lastly, I want to be able to put a T-handle in my car, or the Rat Fink shift **** I've had sitting in my garage forever
