Default looking for strut tower brace, brakes, and functional hood

I am wanting to add some final touches to my baby since I finally got my s/c on order. I am interested in all these parts and was wondering where to get the best bang for the buck for these. I will probably be in the market for a new clutch in about 3 months....gonna burn this one up LOL!!!!

Well get 4 piston 14" or 6 piston 15" StopTech brakes.

Im going with a Saleen alminum or fiberglass vented hood (I think it looks mean and fuctions well).

I have a set of new 14" silver StopTech brakes for sale but they are now up on ebay.

Im letting them go for less then what I paid.

Dam it I have to pay some bills (It sucks) [:'(]

The S197 chassis is extremely stiff. You don't need a strut tower bar on this car. If you're getting a supercharger, it won't fit anyway. The blower will be in the way.

Red6's brake advice is good.

I would make sure you upgrade your rear sway bar and your rear lower control arms. That's a pretty critical suspension upgrade, especially if you're going to be putting down "blower HP".

Probably not a bad idea but from what I have read so far, the gt-500 hasent done anything with the LCA's. But they did add a larger rear bar (+4mm).

Yeah, I have no idea why Ford didn't do something about the control arms.

It has been widely reported on the forums that the stock LCAs are prone to flexing and contribute significantly to wheelhop.

I just bought the Steeda rear swaybar kit with the complementary Billet links. It will be going on the car once the rest of my rear end stuff gets here. I'll post my thoughts on the mods once I get it all done.
