Default Mirror adjustment casing falling off?

I've had my Mustang for about a month now, and twice I've noticed that the casing around the mirror adjustment "joystick" keeps coming loose. It looks really bad and I can't seem to get it to fully snap in place. Has anyone else had this problem?

Just try taking the whole piece off and see if one of the clapms etc was broken. The piece comes off quite easily and still has a couple of wires (for the auto mirror) you have to disconnect to take it completely off. If theres nothing wrong and seems in tact, but still doesnt fit properly, take it to the dealer and they should replace it and fix it under warranty.
