To be honest, most people have no clue what bumpsteer feels like unless the went to a formal driving school...............

I owned a 02 GT vert with H&R SS springs, 2 1/4 drop and MM CC plates. No bumpsteer that could be felt by a novice. Now if Borris Said drove the car maybe HE could tell.

Car drove so well the car was driven by many friends / family out of the 7 stangs we had in the drivway.

I believe the alignment / CC plates was the SECRET............

I have an 05 GT that is lowered, I had a bit of bump steer. I was able to fix it with the Steeda bump steer kit.

I have raced against Boris, does that count?

Does not count for beans.........LOL J/k

Well you say I need them............ Thats the problem. I have YET seen any proof that a car needs ball joints, rack bushings and tie rod kit for somthing that I can not detect or my 17 yrld daughter.

NOW if you come and drive my car and TELL me I need it and what it bump feels like then fine. Like I said, I followed MM instrutions to a "T" so that maybe the answer.

For now, when Uncle Sam stops sending be to the Sandbox every summer I might get to driving school................

'06 V6 lowered 1.5" in front, 1.25" in rear. No bumpsteer noticable.
An adjustable panhard rod IS required though (if you're wondering). Lowering did offset the rear axle 1/2" toward the driver's side, but was easily fixed.

Does the Steeda kit work for 4.0s? Ever since I wrecked my suspension, bumpsteer has become more of an issue. I'm not so sure if it has more to do with the damage I've done and perhaps it wasn't repaired properly, or if it's because I got wider tires.

When going over 60MPH, I've noticed my car likes to stick to dips in the road. When I hit bumps and such, the steering wheel moves around, a very unwelcome feature.
