absolutely nothing. So long as its just regular poured concrete, not painted in any way, or stained/colored.

Here is what you do:

Get some paint thinner/mineral spirits, steel wool, a brush(strong enough to rub concrete) and a house nearby to finish it off.

Pour the thinner on, start scrubbing with the steel wool, and or brush whichever works best.

The rubber should come right up.

Rinse off said area to make sure no residue is left behind, careful not to blast the excess thinner(if any is present) in to the plants.

To be safe, I would find a part of the driveway that is secluded and test the thinner in a small spot to make sure there are no adverse effects.

Good luck.

LOL paint thinner takes it off Concrete, but watch out for that stuff because it's nasty. but i don't know if you should put that on Asphalt.

UMMM.....Asphalt is black, a burn out is black.............Im confused.
LOL you can still see burnouts on Asphalt, trust me I heard about a set of burnouts marks for like 3 months...

I tried CLR but it didn't seem to take burnout marks off.
I just used a rag and paint thinner?? And btw it went right throught the latex gloves..

Got to your local home depot garden department, look near the pool chemicals, buy a gallon of hydrochloric acid. Pour it on the burnout. Presto-chango.

Except for the fact that your going to have to real clean spots on your otherwise dirty driveway that look like tire tracks........hmmm....[sm=bustedsign.gif]
