Default What does "Cover paint to match" mean?

I am going to buy a California special rear bumper from kevin cleavenger Ford, and in the description of this bumper it says "cover paint to match", "Rear diffuser painted". So I know the rear diffuser part is painted, but what about the rest of the bumper. Is it painted or not?????

It means that it needs to be painted to match the color of your car. The come unpainted.

I think it's a symantic error. BUT as stated by me.."NO', I don't know. But try this:

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe they say "paint to match" because the part comes primed and ready for paint, it's just not color painted. If they labeled it as unpainted, most would assume that the part would also need to be primed and prepped.
