PANHARD BAR INSTALL?

PANHARD BAR INSTALL?
IS THIS A SIMPLE 5 MINUTE BOLT ON PROCESS? I HEAR ALOT OF PEOPLE RECOMMENDING THEM. BUT HOW HARD IS THE INSTALL? AND ARE THEY EXPENSIVE? I ALSO HEARD OF THEM BEING ADJUSTABLE?

RE: PANHARD BAR INSTALL?
It is a "simple" process to change it BUT 5 min. ...(no way) I would say 1/2 hour .
Get an adjustable one so if you make ride height changes you can always tweak the car.
I think they're cheap. But that is realative to other factors.

RE: PANHARD BAR INSTALL?
Right, half hour but you may not need one. If you are using Roush, FRPP or Eibach ProKit (all not too dramatic a drop)... measure outward alignment (with plumb bob) on each side BEFORE coil install. OE is typically off about 3/8"; if after you put lowering coils in you are still about that close (unless even OE bothers you) you can skip the panhard bar. Many guys have. A good adj one like from BMR is not that cheap but it is a a top quality part. OE bar is just as thick and no strength issue there (softer fit too with OE rubber bushings) I'll be resetting/fabricating length of OE bar to match my BMR adj length then putting the OE bar back on. BMR unit will go to EBay but I'm at least a month away from getting to that (working on the house right now)

RE: PANHARD BAR INSTALL?
roger to 1/2 hour
adjustable is meant to adjust the bar in terms of distance from wheel to fender so it is the same distance on both sides...
stock vs steeda
final instal
