why me???
so it happened again...i was in a bar shooting pool and some drunk *** backed into my car...no note or anything but now i am looking for a small truck or car with a receiver hitch on it...bastards!!!

i did throw in one good angle shot...FYI, Mequires Tech Wax is expensive but works very well and is easy to apply and remove...

My condolences!
I had something similar happen to me. No note either. There's just to many people out there with no insurance. Here in L.A. it's cause there are so many poor and illegals!

What really sucks is that I wouldn't mind a regular dent in my car, since those are so much easier to fix. But when they hit the crease, especially like the one on your door, the cost goes WAY up!
Cra@p like this makes me want to reduce my insurance to the minimum and just put the difference into a savings account so I don't have to report it to the insurance co.

That's why I have a still junker car, everybody should. I use that for short commutes, most beer and bar runs, etc. I'll take a pitchfork to it to make speedholes if I want to, doesn't matter. That car is made to be abused, and drunks at a bar or dumb women pushing a shoping cart into it at walmart is none of my concern. I actually laugh at the scars.
As for the damage. $1400? Screw off on that place. Just buy a replacement exterior door portion and have that painted. I would bet that this method would be a cheaper alternative and won't require bondo.

I was just going to say time for a CRASHER, and only use the Mustang when you know it's going to be safe where you park it. Sorry to hear about it, your bodyshop must know the paint code by heart now.
