I just noticed...
That there are so many rice burners at my school. I am not talking about a stock Honda civic. I mean,
-5 Preludes each with a huge spoiler a coffee can muffler, and 2 of them have underglows and stickers.
-3 Civic hatches with turbos and stickers.
-1 Golf GTI with 19-20 inch rims and a body kit.
-2 riced out mustangs. HUGE rims, v6 with GT tags and a GT with SVT tags.
-a BS Lingenfelter maro (sixer)
-a truck with 20'+ rims, lowered like a bisch, body kit, nos stickers.
-4 eclipses, 2 are 2G's and one looks like it is from fast andd the furious (Lime green, stickers, graphics, a HUGE wing, and a driver who thinks he is the ****.)
For domestics my school has:
-2, 2005+ mustang GT's.
-4, 1999+ mustang V-6's.
-1, LT1 maro (not the riced out one)
-1, V-6 T/A.
That is all in the junior parking lot and around 10 minutes before the bell rings.

The werid thing is, I live in a fairly rich school district. The senior lots are a few BMW's shy of a dealership.

you seem surprised by the percentage of foriegn cars?
After all the TSBs on the Mustang is there any wonder that people have shifted to foriegn cars? Especially with the way Ford can't seem to fix all these problems with the best selling car!

All cars are equally crappy now that the subsidies from the Japanese Gov't are drying up we get to see the "real" product. Even Porsche is building Boxters and Cayman's (what is the world coming to!?!)...

Can't say the track record for new foriegn cars is all that great either... Seen the recall issues at Toyota with the "best selling" Camry? I have and I got tired of dirving that car to and from the dealership and then 8 minutes out of warranty - $1.5K of emissions equiptment took a dump...
