Paintshop can actually produce decent images.. I would say Microsoft Paint is more accurate

Yes, it should be lowered and maybe ditch those fan blade's. Also you need to get rid of the green fog light covers. Maybe get the billet fog light bezels???

Looks like you spent a bit on visual upgrades. Are there any performance upgrades? I see you have the CDC (?) gauge pod and a GPS, (or maybe XM radio) antenna as well.

OK then... new wheels are a must. The stock fanblades look like *** IMHO. Decide on a theme and go with it. Right now it looks like you have picked a bunch of aftermarket parts and *****-nillied them on. The stripe and graphics are a little much, clean that up. Relocate that antenna. You can hide it pretty effectively under the rear decklid. The gauge pod needs to painted to match. Unless you added it to scare and not for a purpose? If you dont have a power adder, I reccomend ditching it completely and if you feel the need for a guage pod, go with the SOS pillar pod, which looks like a million bucks.

But if you objective was to have some version of every available visual mod on your car, well, good job!
