Pop the inner mirror covers off, and a 10mm socket takes the three bolts out....remember to disconnect the electrical connection before pulling the mirror away from the door frame.

Got it - thank you. I hate to pry on interior pieces until I know they are supposed to pop off. Thanks again.

Make sure you tuck a cloth down below where the 10mm nuts are; so if one falls it won't end up down inside your door panel. (It would be very easy to drop one the way they are positioned)
