I just wanted to let everyone know i've been keeping up with the mustang prices since 05. From 06 to 07 the Mustang GT is up about another $500.

The GT deluxe $25,860 to $26,370
The GT Premium $27,040 to $27,550

I know this will not likely prevent anyone from buying one who's already planning to but i thought everyone should know, who knows, in 08 you may not be able to get a GT for less than $27K which will suck.

Boy, that's much less then a CS vert @ $36,700. Add some tax and plates and you're looking at $40+.

 

Typical - manufacturers never, ever seem to learn. Let's see, Ford had to have a fire sale to get rid of the '06s and their market share continues to decline. Economics 101 teaches the answer to such a situation is to lower prices but the American auto industry seems to believe it is immune to such precepts.

 

My ' 06 GT Premium base was $26320. Where did $27040 come from ? I'm not disagreeing, in fact, if that's the case, I love it !!

With the high demand on Stangs..I am surprise of an increase of only $500.

 

Better resale value on the used ones!
