Not a vist blue but there is a blue mustang registry. Its hard to find and the operator is deployed overseas so it doen't get updated much. Start it up on your own. Lots of resources and not to hard.

Actually he's back now but has a few personal issues he's taking care of. I've been in touch with him and he would like to expand the registry and include a forum but is unable to right now. http://registry.03sbgt.com/
There is a Sonic Blue message forum that is not very active. Perhaps they would change it to a "Blue Mustang Forum" if we all join. http://bluesteeds.proboards52.com/
