Gee, I don't see them, can you put the item# out here?

BTW, takeoffs would all be black grainy plastic, so "colors"??????? That's a big red flag for me.

Get a Ford OE mirror for sure.

rickazilla, hang on to your ugly one for a while (about a month) and you can have mine for cheap. i am getting ready to build my own, the stock ones are too big and the aftermarkets are to pricey. keep bugging me. rich

Wow, you are even more picky than I am. I do think they are a little big but the profile I am ok with and once smoothed/painted I'm ok with them. ...and just about every little thing bugs me (lol). I do all sorts of fabrication work so out of curiosity and interest, let me ask you how you are going to make your own. It seems to me that you need the triangular mounting section as is for a "foundation". Also need to preserve the power aspect of them. I can see possibly adapting mirrors from some other make, especially if you will pick up the "fold-in" feature of most foreign brands. (That would be extra trick). Since you are only a month away you must have this all figured out and/or have started already. Can you let me know of your fabrication plan; I'm just curious now. Thanks, Jim

P.S. I have no intentions of stealing your idea or changing from what I have.

But they'd be nicer smoothed and painted.... :-) ...even with a black car. That grainy plastic is screaming "look how cheap I am" ...time to finish what Ford didn't.
