Default adjust steering column/wheel???????

I have a question that I thought I would throw out there regarding the steering wheel/steering column in the 07.......

Has anyone tried or heard of it being lowered somehow?? If so, what exactly needs to be done? There is no adjustable wheel option that I know of but I thought maybe someone has attempted to 'fabricate' it??

Thanks!!

Double check on yours. My 06 is adjustable up and down (no forward and back though). There is a lever under the steering wheel that you pull down first, it isn't like the lever that you are probably used to that looks like a small turn signal, it is directly on the bottom of the column.

Fords tend to have them in weird places, so check for the lever underneathe the wheel.

If you want to fabricate your stock wheel.. that would be a big NO.. NO.. IMO.. if you got in a accident.. and they seen that.. you are busted..

JMO and only that..
