I have a 2006 GT with an automatic transmission, it's bone stock with only 800 miles on the clock. I am seriously thinking about the tunable induction but I was just wondering about the custom tunes that come with it from SCT. Are they any different than the tunes from other places like Brenspeed or evolution? Better or worse? It's a great price they have for the package at $500-525. Any help would be great. Thanks.

 

i to have a 06 gt auto, and i just bought the "package" from brenspeed and couldnt be happier. you cant go wrong, like everyone will say they have great customer service. Its really made the car feel like a muscle car..

 

The price of this combo at Brenspeed.com is $569, its on sale for $500 on the tunable induction web site. It's the same package, just with different tunes. My question is, are the Brenspeed custom tunes worth the extra $70 over the custom tunes you get directly from SCT when you order from www.tunableinduction.com? I try to save money anyway possible if the performance is close to the same.

 

Ive got the package straight from Tunable Induction in my auto 06 GT and couldnt be happier. It pulls harder and chirps tires going into second and third gear. You cant lose.

 

i am now having issues with the intake. The elbow the goes in to the intake is rubbing the hood, the heat sheild is/was rubbing a hole in the power steering lines. once you get that intake you will see it is cheap, not worth what you pay. i would upgrade to the c and L IMO

 

You will need to install it correctly but it is a great performer/value. I reccomend the Brenspeed tunes, they rock!
