Default lowering springs

I'm thinking about installing lowering springs on my '06 GT mainly to eliminate the spacing between the tires and the fender well.
What has been the experience out there? Better looks but worst Ride?
Which product works best? Appox. cost of springs, and install?

There is a section in here about lowering https://mustangforums.com/m_934501/tm.htm it should help you out. Welcome to Mustang forums. If you just get the springs your better off just to lower the rear it will not affect the ride. If you drop as low as the Eibach Sports there is a lot of things you should do to upgrade the suspension. Adjustable panhard rod,Upper panhard support ,LCA'S,LCA relocation brackets, Tokico shocks and struts. Not all of the things mentioned and some not is necessary with the sports. But when you drop as low as the sports the geometry of the vehicles suspension changes.

Here's what it looks like with the eibach pro kit, 1.3" front and 1.5" in the back. The ride is stiffer, but not miserable. I think getting rid of the 4X look is worth it...it was a little over 500 bucks with the kit, alignment, cam bolts, taxes, and labor.

grabberorange...where did you get it done at? Everywhere around me is quoting over $800.00 for this exact set-up [:@]. Let me know what you think. Sorry for jacking the post, but I agree that the Eibach's seem to be the best set-up.

I pulled my receipt...it was 260. for pro kit, 34.95 camber bolt kit (bent me over i think on this) 300. labor/alignment and the tire store had a 10% off coupon in the paper, so it was 535.45 plus tax on the kit 21.38, total 556.84

800 seems a bit high to me, what spring kit are you getting? just the springs, or you getting new struts and shocks too?

even with what i paid for the kit and camber bolts is under 300, so they want 500 to install and do alignment? thats crazy...

Glad to get a confirm on the price for the Eibach Pro springs. Those really seem to be the best setup for normal lowering needs.
That back end is way to far up!
Oh, I like the grabber orange so much I repainted my GT... in photoshop!

ProKit as well but did rear only as that is the big gap that Ford just blew the design on. Did it the night I brought it home; ...so noone would see the big gap and laugh. Could save some money and go Roush or FRPP rears only. (I won't be using my fronts now; low enough already, especially with chin spoiler.
