Default Another Boring S/C Install

Well, to bore everyone again, I got some pics of my KB install. I am sure this should be under a different thread, but here goes... To begin with, I was sweating cutting the support for the cold air intake. I saw pics of people using die grinders ( I have 2) and thinking this must be a real SNAG to do. You will see a pic of my metal snips I used was a snap. I also put a piece of 5/16 fuel line I slit lengthwise to cover the opening to dress it up, came out sweet. The "bolt from hell" as KB put it was no biggie, the damn bolt for the relocated ground under the fuse box WAS a SNAG!!!!!!!!! All in all, went smooth. Took more time fretting over the camera than anything, hands clean, focus...jesus just let me get back to work LOL. The coolest part I thought, which many will disagree, is my choice of emblems to signify it is "forced induction" . Thought it fit the motif of my black and chrome car. Anyway, you will see how I held up the hood, LOL, etc. Most are self explanatory. Enjoy, I did!

I do think it looks cool
I've seen KOMPRESSOR on Mercedes Benz at car shows and the same spelling on german made air compressors and germen made instruction books
and on the Mercedes Benz they use it to say it has a s/c

yes it is Unique, Cool, and nice
sorry if I revealed something that you would reather not know

Fish tails is right, man this thing has got way too much power. I learned my lesson last night as I am getting used to how touchy the gas pedal is with this thing.
