Shop around, you might find the CAI and a tuner for around $400.

Definetly the hood pins. Easy fix for a possible disaster with an aftermarket hood.

Window louvers with the tinted glass. < $400 total.
$200 for the louvers from
www.wheelskin.com and $125 cash from a local tint shop.
