Default CDC Agressive Chin Spoiler install

I have purchased the CDC Agressive Chin spoiler. My question to anyone who has this installed is: can you still use car ramps (the low profile ones) with this chin? I understand the clearance is just a bit over 5". Info would be greatly appreciated.

I even have problem with the CDC classic, but I think you will find that with any spoiler.

Here is a trick that I use. Get a good piece of 2x6 or 2x8 lumber (only need a foot or 2).. Place the lumber towards the bottom of the ramp on each side. That will in effect lower the required clearance and allow your car to drive up the ramp in a smoother incline than just the ramps alone.

Just make sure you check that the lumber is still there when you back off the ramps or you will catch the spoiler on the way down.. ouch

We have a pair and tried to run my car up on them and the spoiler touched while the wheel was still about 4 inches away.

I like the 2x8 idea. The jack suggestion is off topic, but thanks. Either way, I WILL be installing the Chin Spoiler. It is just the coolest chin spoiler out there!!!

The 2x8 idea is similar to the ramp extenders you see at most parts stores for the low profile ramps, and they latch onto the ramps.

I haven't seent these, but I figure they would be the same principal. The left over wood is just cheaper if you already have it!
