ok first things first.

BBK TB: not really worth it. from what i know you only gain a few ponies. not worth it in my opinion.

with that said the rest of your list looks pretty good for a NA setup. dont forget a custom tune and a CAI with the L/T's. those 3 mods should get you too around 330rwhp. with the cams id say you would probably be making like 350-375rwhp. thats a very respectable number right there. if thats enough for you then stop and be done with it. if your looking for 400+ then definitely go FI. a supercharger with a tune and CAI will produce around 420rwhp on 7psi of boost or so. its all about what you want.
CAI+Tune should get you to about 300 rwhp. Cams supposedly add 40 rwhp with a CAI. They also gives that really sweet sound, the Pot-a-pot-a-pot-a.

I think more like 290ish, I pull 306 with the intake + brenspeed tune + shorties + corsa exhaust with xpipe

I'm really debating with this issue. I'm not sure if I should s/c my car or not. How much power can I really get with nothing but bolt ons. My wishlist : L/T headers, Comp Cams, BBK throttle body.
I'm more concerned about what happens at re-sale / trade-in time ...

worried that I'd be paying twice for my SC [X(]

Erm you always sell your car stock, and put the rest up for sale on ebay or the forums. You will always get more money back that way.
