Replacing bumper cover
IF you mean the front bumper cover, there are many writeups in the V6 section about this since there are many V6's with GT front fascia's installed.
It only takes a few minutes to do the change, really. The hardest part is getting access to the four nuts holding the corners to the front fenders, but removing the inner fender liners makes it much easier. If you've a GT there is a air guide plate that goes between the lower fascia and the lower radiator support that also will need to be removed. The V6 does not have this.
Are you replacing the cover due to damage or changing to something different than stock? There are some things you'll need if you're replacing a V6 fascia with a GT one since the take off's all seem to have removed the corner stiffeners so you'd need the old ones from your cars fascia.

Here's a "How To" from the V6 section for front and rear. Looks pretty straight forward for the rear. Should be no problem at all.

Just had my rear cover replaced due to damage. I watched the tech do it, and it's not hard. The most difficult part was getting it painted. Took about 25 minutes for an experiences tech, so for me, I would say about 45 mins.
