Default Exhaust

Ive been debating this for some time now and still have not come to a conclusion. I want a deep throaty sound on the outside and not too much interior resonation (although I dont mind a little). I like the way flows sounded on the previous model stangs. I was thinking borla, bassani, flowmaster or magnaflow. Possibly even Corsa. Also what do you guys recommend as far as should I get an axel back or a axel back and an x pipe. I am getting it for X-mas so I have to decide pretty soon. Any sound clips would be appreciated.

i just put the Ford Racing Borla axle backs on, they have a deeper throaty sound, but at higher speed its fairly quiet in the car...I like 'em so far.

I would suggest the Oval Borla setup then. The Stingers have an Awesome sound but are loud and do have a small drone at around 2k RPMs the Regular Ovals will be just what your looking for.

I just put Corsa's on last week and I love them. Great sound when you are on the gas but nice and quiet the rest of the time.No drone at all.

I have the FRPP/Borla stingers as well, and I tell you these are by far the best sounding exhaust I have ever heard on the mustangs....Deep throaty rumble, especially at startup, idle and downshifting....but that just my bias opinion

Wow sounds like the Borlas are the way to go. Does anyone have a sound clip of them or know where to hear one?

Ive got SLPs and I like em alot... Never been in a car with drone before so I dunno what it sounds like but I notice nothing like what people describe it as.. also others with SLPs say there is no drone so idk. I noticed you didnt list them as a possibility but heres a vid... sound isnt all that great but it gives you an idea.

SLPs from 10 feet back on the ground
