They are Boss Motorsports 226 wheels and yes the hood pins are functional.

Im still looking into that. Per the directions I can wax them, but only wax in the direction of the stripes. They havent even been washed yet since it has been cold in AZ lately and I want to see if all the small bubbles come out.

My stripes look good in the sunlight but under my shop flouresent lights look like sand paper,fuzzy hard to explain.Outside they are smooth as teflon tape.They feel smooth under the lights but look like crap.

That looks great with your hood and take pride in the doing it yourself department, I bet you lost a pound or two of sweat praying not to mess that up every step of the way.
