Out with the old in with the new.

Did you cut the front and rear bump stops down? If not you need to at least cut the rears. I would cut the top two nubs off. The front well you can't really cut it unless you want to remove the disassemble the struts again.

You can still cut the rear bump stops they are pretty easy to get at and remove. Take a look at the bump stop in the rear and you will see it is maybe 1/2" if that from the frame of the car. When you hit big dips in the road they are going to bottom out and make the car feel like crap. I cut the very top nub off mine but am going to cut the second nub off after discovering that Saleen cuts both the nubs off the rear and cuts the fronts almost in half. I am with you not tearing the strut back apart just to cut the nub. Also remember the spring will take a little time to settle and break in so to speak. Did you replace the struts also or are you still running the stockers? If you have not replaced them when you do cut the front bump stop.

I did the sportlines and the came with new bump stops, does the prokit just reuse the stock ones? And you also have to remember it takes a little while for the springs to settle so it still may go down a little.

To keep the axle from hitting the frame. You don't want to feel that. You shouldn't need pictures to find them, they are ontop of the rear axle and look like a rubber nipple. a tan color if I remember correctly. They are easily cut using a razor knife.

Forget the bump stops and let the springs settle! The pro kit drops it alot (esp from factory springs) and if given tien they will sittle a little more!
