Does Anybody have these? How are they enduring?

Don't laugh but I saw some lenses like this the other day on a 2005 die-cast Ford Mustang and I thought it was tough. Anybody want to intervene on the looks or the durability of this product. Is it a film or a round circular lens?

lol Oh sorry its installed just as tint would be so it would bea one time deal and cant be taken off and on but if you want that GTS makes headlight and foglight covers that snap on and off but the only problem is that they are blacked out and these are smoked.
Tell me this dosen't look mean!

A question where is the link that you can have interchangeable lens covers or do they exist? Also how do you drive a mustang at night with those permanent covers on the headlamps?
