Kooks are 304. Shouldn't ever rust.

Yeah I spelled Custom wrong also =). Ill fix it when I update it next.

HERE is a post all about the torque limiters. I installed them to fix the binding between 2nd and 3rd gear. As a bonus it functions as an A-Arm support brace.

YES< YES<YES

Get the K-member brace..it really does work..

Great pics...Its nice to see those Headers clear the K-member brace with the TQ limiters..

Are the Kooks really worth the price compared to MAC or BBK..which are cheaper...

Also what X/H pie are running with it, where and how much did you pay for the set up.. Thanks.

The Kooks are 304 stainless steel where those others are 409 (I think) so the Kooks should last longer and look much better. Also I read on another forum a person had some issues with the MACs having warped flanges.I have no experience with any other brand though so I cant speak for them personally except for the matierial.

I am using the Kooks X-pipe. It all came as a kit with everything needed (headers, gaskets, bolts, midpipe, 02 extensions, ect.) for 12XX. I can't remember the exact price. I bought them a while ago just didnt have time to do the install. I bought them from Benspeed. He matched a price that was being run from another company at the time.

If anyone is interested in long tube header installation instructions I have them from many brands. I read them all before I began my install just to find out the best method. Listed below are the ones I have and I can email them to anyone who would like to have them.

Borla
Dynatech
SLP
How to Article from Mustang Monthly
Kooks (which suck)
A PDF I put together from a guy's install of the Kooks that I found online.
Ford shop manual documents for the removal/install of the stock manifolds

They all differ a little and I did not follow a certain one all the way through, but the Dynatech seemed to be the best.

I am having some problems with the extension cable for the O2 sensor. It says it is for the passenger front but it will not fit the passenger front O2 sensor. It will only fit the rear ones. Did anyone else have this problem? It appears I can make it work by cutting some tabs off. It of course will not reach without it.
Probably too late by now, but yea, cut that little tab off. I had to do the same thing.
