Default Exhaust???

Has anyone had a shop do your exhaust? i.e. cut out factory mufflers and put new ones on or even put new pipes on

What type of muffler did you use etc...

Thanks

With our design there's no need really to cut or weld anything.

It is a simple unbolt and remove system no need for cutting and welding.

Theres a bunch of threads on here about axelback mufflers, they are easy to swap. From my experience Macs resonate in the cabin and are annoying. I have heard good things about FRPP and Borla, the FRPP being very affordable. My stock mufflers are getting louder with miles and are actually the loudest mufflers ever put on any Mustang.

xbone; I feel like an evangelist, but I can't help myself. I took to heart what I read on the forum about the FRPP GTAs (sold by ninosports for $269 free shipping) and installed them a month ago. Wow, I love them. They have a deep rumbling sound, much better than stock. All stainless, about 2/3 the weight of the stock muffler, 4" polished double walled, flaired tips (beautiful), and no drone. As you probably have heard, they're used on the Shelby GTs. I get heads turned, but in a favorable way. If you're thinking about a change-- and you like the stock mufflers, you'll love the GTAs. Oh, by the way, I don't know anybody at ninosports; just a super happy customer.
