mpsautosalvage.com has very good used 3.73s for $50, if you want new, i would strongly suggest 4.10s
you also need a motive bering kit, americanmuscle.com has em, the discount code is mustangboards, and a tuner, if you dont have on i would recomend an SCT from vmptuning.com
you will also need either the ford trash-lok, or if your a 5 speed i would strongly look at a detroit true trac
