are mudflaps universal on the 05-07 models? i was looking at getting a set of the 2007 shelby mudflaps. what are your thoughts? would it just be an eyesore on a mustang or what?

The "molded" type are different from the V6 to GT. Do you have a pic of the Shelby flap ?

I really can't tell from that pic if they would fit or not. I'm guessing they might, because looking at pics of the GT500, the rear qtrs look the same. I didn't see a logo or anything on those ebay flaps, so I'm thinkin they are just a regular FORD flap.

fordparts.com has the molded body fitting guards for $36.69, that's what I have on my GT, and they would do a better job than those skinny ones on ebay. They really do protect the qtrs, and look OK.
Check 'em out. FORD part # 5R3Z-16A550-BA

Mudflaps belong on trucks. However, I do have the Ford molded splash guards and they do keep the rubber off of the back of the car. Anytime someone has pointed them out as "odd", I simply reach down there and pull some of the rubber/grit out and flick it at them. They usually see my point by then.

What rims and tires are those. The rims are non standard offset aren't they? Are they 18s?... best looking size in my opinion. I like the way they extend out to the body edge. Not too far... just right. Looks real good. Never did like mud flaps at all though.
