Default RPMoutlet.com problems

I've read some bad things about this company through various searches, etc. Unfortunately, they have Dynatech long tubes and off-road x-pipe for only $859 + $25 freight. Think I'll have any luck if I call my order in and make sure its in stock, rather than just doing it online? What seems to be the biggest problem everyone experiences with them?

You should be fine, I ordered my first x-pipe through them and it came in three days.

Just call and make sure it's in stock and i'm sure you'll be fine.

I've read all the horror stories here and still ordered from them. First order came quick from them. Second order was for SLP Loudmouths and it took a while, but I did see it came straight from SLP so I figure that was the delay, and it was right at Christmas. I have e-mailed them twice and didn't get a reply.

Don't even bother with them......look around some more man. You will find other deals around that can be just as good.

I got my bassani long tubes from them for ~730 shipped, a solid four hundred and fifty dollars under retail, and three hundred less than any other place online or not. I have a business account with Bassani, and they beat MY PRICE. They arrived within 5 business days of ordering. I have spent about two thousand dollars with RPM Outlet and have had nothing but top notch service and quick shipment.

Do not buy superchargers through them, and all will be well and good.

Thanks guys. The long tubes are the only part I plan on ordering from them, simply because they list at $859. They're only $959 with the high-flow cats. That's still $500 under ANY other site I've seen.

You better be sure Dynatech even sells that kit. I have not seen it listed on any other site.
Dynatech only lists the header or the header with catted x pipe. No offroad pipe is listed on any site.

RPM Outlet is generally OK. You run into problems if you need customer service. In other words, if there is a delay in shipping, or if they send you the wrong thing, or if there are parts missing, or if you want a refund/exchange/return...THAT is when you get ****ed.

i ordered from them and got everything quickly and a ton cheaper then anyone else. All you need to do is give a call to make sure they have the product and its shipped quickly. i have about 2000 dollars worth of stuff from them that i saved over 1000 from retail.

I bought from them once and did not have any problems but others have had all kinds of nightmares and they do not provide any kind of customer support. If you have problems, they'll pint you at the manufacturers and you are on your own.

Summit Racing has a price match policy. Also, if you call many of the sponsors on this site, they may be willing to work with you. Even if they don't match the price, they may come close and the added customer support is worth it.
