Default RE: Traction Control Help

Mine was a 6, I put 300 in all the time, I wrapped the concrete bags in plastic garbage bags and distributed them where they are needed the most, the right side above the right rear wheel. For the most part, the car is one wheel drive, thats the one that slips, thats the one where you need the weight. Avoid putting it at the tail of the car as that will put stress on the rear and not the rear wheels per say.

Get it.
I was in the same boat as you. Had a Mazda 6i with our first baby and somehow convinced my newly pregnant wife to let me trade it in and get the car i wanted. We have a 2 1/2 year old.. and she loves the car.. It is not that easy getting her in the back seat.. but if you put one foot inside the car.. it's not too bad. She's big enough to get herself out. Well worth the trouble.

Insurance is $30 more than a 4 cyl Mazda 4dr... so my wife was happy with that. I can't tell you how nice it is to go back to a real car.

I put 300 in the trunk daily during winter months for 4 years on a v6 and it never messed up the suspension (its only the equivalent of a fat man hiding in your trunk).

Im not worried so much about sliding as I know how to drive in the snow and prebreak etc, and unlike Ky, OH is a no hill\mountain zone so its all flat and straight roads. Sounds like I may get me another stang after all with your good news. Ideally id like to hear what people in Michigan say, as thats hell in the winter.
