Now, I'm really confused as to WHY you ordered 6 months ago, and still haven't taken delivery?(maybe in '05, but not now) as deliveries "might" be 3 months max. You say your "base" is $25,275 @ order, while the base on my '06 GT Premium was $26,320.

Yeah man 25,275 in general was the base price for the gt DELUXE and now it is around 25,700 what does the base for your premium have to do with anything. also the 18inch wheels went up a 100bux how the hell am i ranting on i am listing facts about price increases and asked a question which some responded with good info dont know what point ur missing hopefully ur wrong because as someone stated earlier this happen to him and they kept the original price. Also it been almost 6 months because of the so call commodity issue with the 18" rims which is bs...nuff sed

 

Paid 25k for mine fully loaded, had the pick of several brand new leftovers. Cant imagine waiting to pay list for one of these cars, but WTF do i know im just a capitalist tool.

 

Did you sign a contract that locked the price at the time you ordered it? If not ya gotta pay it if you want the car. Sucks though.

 

So they are now offering a 1K rebate, which I assume they weren't when you ordered.You will be able to take advantage of that since you haven't purchased it yet. In reality then you will be saving an additional $440 off your original sticker price with the rebate. Seems like a better deal to me than you were originally going to pay.
