Louvers are back and I agree with that it gives a stang to old school look. Fit right in with the retro design IMHO.

The Parnelli Jones is probably my favorite S197 stang at the moment. And you have one?!

1. More pics please.

2. How much was it?!

Say what you want about the car, but leave Foghat out of it man.

Seriously though, I like rear louvers, just not those.

Yes Spartan I do have one as indicated. Nuber 39 to be exact. I received it in early December and after put 200 miles on it it is under wraps sleeping for the winter. I live in New England.

I agree. I had aluminum on my '82 GT.....helped cut down on the sun shining in the car and kept it cool inside when parked.

I think its pretty slick. I like it better than the other one thats out there. Dunno who makes it but the top louver looks funny because it doesn't flush well with the roof. This one is better I think. As far as the plastic look goes you can prolly shine it up with some armorall and have it looking really good.
Nooooo, don't use Armoral, if it gets wet, it will run down all over your car's finish. If you want it shiny, paint it with a black gloss.

I really like the rear louvers as well....Got a good close up look at the PJ louvers yesterday. They do look great. Yes, they are plastic. I am still wondering if they will be available after market....

A close second for me, in aluminum, is this one.....

If someone hears of availability after market on the PJ louvers, please let me know....

Thx,
Mike
