Default HELP!! Gauge cluster Issues!!

Ok, so me and my wife went to dinner tonight. When I got in the car and fired her up, I got a bunch of warning tones i.e. Oil pressure low, parking brake on, low fuel warning, low brake fluid. The Mycolor gauges also dont work(no custom color like I had it set).....None of the actual gauges were wirking either except the speedo, tach, and volt guage. The TCS light is on whether I push the button or not, and the blinkers and hazards DO work, but there is no clicking when I turn the blinkers or the hazards on. I just get the white back light like when the car is on, but the headlights are off.
NOW....the parking brake WAS NOT set, theres plenty of fluids in the car, and i have 3/4 tank of gas. Its clearly a malfunction!!

Has anyone heard of a problem that these cars are havng with the gauge cluster. OR Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Thanks,
Joel

first i have heard of anything like this. i would definately take that to the dealer. i suppose you could try to disconnect the battery and reset everything - but if it DID fix it you wouldnt have proof for fraud.... i mean FORD to fix the problem

It could be related to the weather (didn't you say it rained in your other thread?).

How accessable is the Smart box? I guess I should really read up on the massive water leak thread!! Although, it was just a srpinkle of rain, not a deluge. Thanks for all the helpful replies! Im gonna call the dealer and make an appointment...

Yep, take it to the dealer. I have had the same problem twice now. They replaced the smart box. But no leaks. Don't know what the heck is going on. All my warning lights came on just like yours: oil pressure low,gas low,TCS off, parking brake on engine light on etc,etc,............I'm suppose to get mine back today. They have had it since last friday. Want to make sure that was the problem. There needs to be a recall, I have seen lots of folks on this site and others posting the same problems.
