Very sound advice. I recently did mine as well, and had the same great service from Baltimore Street Mods. For those doing their own hood, keep in mind that you are fighting many complex angles at once. Take your time, and don't panic. Just keep it very wet, as Bill suggested. It's even worse if you are wrapping the front edge of the hood...

Bill, the side stripes...are they traditional decals, just like the hood, or are they the pressure sensitive, press and apply type??

They're the same stuff as the hood. I thought it was going to be hard to keep them on the side of the car until squeegeed, but once my helper (my beautiful wife) helped me get them positioned, it was no problem.
