Default Itake Rudder control

I dropped my stang off to get the check motor light looked at and the service manager told me that it was the intake rudder control or somthing. He really didnt sound too sure tho so I asked him if he ment the little motor that controls the t/b. He said yea ut I just wanted to look into it here to even see if there sisuch a thing on the new mustangs. anything will help wanna know if I am being taken for a ride

Intake runner right?...I mean ,it's not a boat with a rudder. Did he show/tell you the actual diagnostic code that he pulled? I'm no expert but it's one of the things I like about having a SCT tuner so I can check the codes myself.

Nope but I tell ya this I have a sct tuner for it I installed it and in less than a week it melted 2 sparkplugs and messed up one of the heads. I just got it out of the shop too. It sure sounded like rudder lol but your prolly right runner control. I got my programmer from my bud Monty from Jms I am supposed to bring the car to him once I am done he is going to make a custom tune for it and see what its doing with the tune in it. Should be on the dyno too will post what ever I hear from him once i get it to him

I always called it thebutterfly valve .....yeah thats what it is.
