Default subwoofer enclosure

I found this on ebay.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-06...QQcmdZViewItem

Does anybody here have one of these? Would you recommend it? What kind of subwoofers/amps are you running?

Thanks for the input!

I've had one of those since last year. You just gotta put a good set of speakers in them. It looks great though, and they can paint them to match your car! [sm=smiley20.gif]

I wanted run two MTX Thunder 8500's or two Infinity Kappa's. I'm just not sure if the MTX's will be any good in a small (1.9 cu ft), sealed enclosure. I'm 29, so I need a lot of bump. I know the Infinity's will sound good, but I'm not sure if they will hit hard enough.

Any opinions on this?

Not bad. Not sure I would want to give up that much of the little bit of trunk we already have.... You could basically achieve the same high quality sound by running MB Quartz all around with a small amp and epicenter. I am not into the thumping bass in Mustangs but I used to have an old Nissan p/u that was full of the stuff. Let us know how it turns out

I went with this setup. Still have some what of a trunk and they sound good with the crappy subs in it. If only I could recieve the proper griddle for the sub covers so I could run my MTX's it would be great.

I'm planning on just putting a Schoche enclosure in my car. It's pretty small, but I hear good things about it. I'm not a fan of HUGE bass I just want that full music sound. Plus it keeps my trunk somewhat useable. The trunk is rediculous to put anything in as it is.
